Beta terms
Train with MOVELOUD responsibly.
These terms describe the current MOVELOUD beta. By using it, you agree to use the service lawfully and understand that beta features may change.
What MOVELOUD provides
MOVELOUD builds music suggestions and playlist structures around the workout details you choose. It is a music-planning tool, not a coach, medical service or substitute for professional training advice.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for your MOVELOUD, Spotify, Google or YouTube account and for following each provider’s terms. Only connect an account you are authorised to use. You may continue as a guest, but browser data can be lost if local storage is cleared. Music availability, playback and playlist behaviour remain controlled by the relevant provider.
Beta availability
MOVELOUD is provided on a beta basis. Recommendations, integrations and saved playlists may occasionally be incomplete or unavailable. Features, access limits and supported music services may change as the product develops.
Safe use
Choose training intensity appropriate for you, remain aware of your surroundings and do not use the app in a way that distracts you from equipment, roads, water or other safety risks.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse MOVELOUD, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, abuse provider APIs or use the beta to infringe another person’s rights.
Feedback
You may submit ideas and feedback voluntarily. MOVELOUD may use that feedback to improve the product without an obligation to implement or compensate for a suggestion.
