What MOVELOUD accesses

Your Music Fingerprint can be built from choices you make directly in MOVELOUD, without private provider listening history. If you explicitly choose provider-enhanced personalisation, MOVELOUD may also read the listening and profile information shown on that provider’s permission screen. For Spotify this can include top artists, top tracks, recent listening, followed artists and selected Liked Songs. For YouTube, MOVELOUD searches playable music videos and creates or updates private playlists.

Your Music Fingerprint

The Music Fingerprint stores bounded workout-specific artist choices, track references, preference comparisons and session feedback. “Not familiar” stays neutral and explicit exclusions take priority over inferred suggestions. Guests keep it on this device; signed-in users can sync it inside their existing music-preference record, review it, export it or delete it.

If you import compatible Spotify JSON files, they are read in your browser. MOVELOUD retains only the limited profile suggestions you choose to save—not the raw files, full listening records, play counts or provider tokens.

Where your workout data is stored

Guest workout choices, recent sessions, ratings and active playlist drafts remain stored locally in your browser. If you create a MOVELOUD account, saved routines and workout history are also synced to MOVELOUD’s Supabase database so they can follow you across devices. Row-level security restricts those records to your signed-in account.

Your MOVELOUD account

MOVELOUD supports email-and-password accounts as well as passwordless email links. Supabase securely manages authentication credentials and password recovery; raw passwords are never stored in MOVELOUD profile or workout tables. MOVELOUD stores your account identifier, email address and optional profile details. Music-provider access tokens are not copied into ordinary MOVELOUD profile or workout tables.

Feedback and beta access

If you submit the beta or feedback form, MOVELOUD stores the details you enter so the owner can manage tester access and improve the product. Feedback can be submitted without an email address. MOVELOUD does not sell this information.

Anonymous product measurement

MOVELOUD records a small set of anonymous session events, such as opening the builder, reaching a step, creating a mix, saving a playlist or starting a workout. These events use a temporary session identifier and operational categories such as the provider type or journey stage. They do not contain artists, tracks, genres, moods, exercises, Music Fingerprint contents, music history, workout weights, email addresses or music-service profiles.

Third-party music services

Spotify and Google process account information under their own privacy policies. MOVELOUD only receives the permissions you approve and you can revoke access from the provider’s account settings at any time.
